Delta de Llobregat itinerari 2

Lovely easy flat walk around the Delta.

We parked up in the main car park with the planes flying overhead and walked by the road to the main information office 500m away. From here, there are 2 itineraries you can follow. Number 1 is (3km) and number 2 (5km). They both start off on the same path but 1 is a shorter circuit.

Sept 21 - they give you numbers so they can control the number of people there due to Covid restrictions and masks must be worn in the viewing towers/areas. We went mid-week and saw 3 people the whole time we were there.

They have a board by the office with lists of the birds that have been seen there in the last couple of days.

It's a really easy, well signed walk, great to do with kids. You walk along the river, through trees and bamboo - lots of places to make dens and up plenty of towers to spot the birds - Mirador Cal Lluquer, Mirador Cal Malet, over Platja de Ca l'Arana, where we saw flamingoes, Mirador de la Desembocadura, Aguait de Cal Tet and past horses. We went after rain and the horses were by the fence next to very big puddles. Kiddy-friendly!

Un camino muy bonito, totalment llano y muy fácil.

Aparcamos en el parking principal con el mirador de aviones y caminamos 500m al lado de la carretera a la oficina de información. Desde aquí hay 2 itinerarios que se puede seguir. La primera, de 3kms y la segunda, de 5kms. Empiezan en el mismo camino pero el 1 es un circuito más corto.

Setiembre '21 - daban tíquets a la entrada para controlar el número de visitantes por restricciones de Covid y hay que llevar mascarilla para subir los miradores e entrar en els aguaits. Nosotros fuimos una mañana entre semana y vimos a 3 personas en toda la ruta.

A la entrada hay una pizarra con listas de los pájaros que se han visto allí en los últimos dias.

Es muy fácil seguir la ruta, bien señalizada y fantástico para hacer con niños. Caminas al lado del rio, entre bosques de pinos y de bambú, muchos sitios para explorar y construir cabañas y muchos miradores para buscar pájaros. Mirador Cal Lluquer, Mirador Cal Malet, sobre Platja de Ca l'Arana, donde vimos flamencos, Mirador de la Desembocadura, Aguait de Cal Tet pasas al lado de un campo con caballos. Totalmente peque-friendly.
