Peak Derza, also known as the summer strawberry is located on the border between Macedonia and Albania. The start point is from the village Tanushe and continues along a trail full of high ferns. After around 3,5 km the forest ends and the next couple of km the trail goes near the river. The last meters of the trail, right before the peak are a little bit dangerous and steep because of the rocks, but nothing terrible. During the whole trail, you will enjoy the lush vegetation and surrounding peaks and also the cristal clear river.
The first kilometers of the trail are very well marked, but the rest are not that much.
There are many sources of drinkable water and they are marked.
The village is accessible by jeep or any other vehicle that can go on a dirt jeep road.
