Itinerary description
Very surprised by this beautiful and very varied hike!
The hike starts with a hike through rolling hills covered with pine–oak habitat Dibeen Forest). This area houses the largest Aleppo Pines one of the oldest and naturally grown habitats in Jordan.
After the Forest, you will be walking through the Jordanian Countryside, mostly over small paths.
The last stretch of the route is perhaps the most beautiful one, as you will descent to Wadi al Sakhneh amids super green hills. You will slowly make your way up through the wadi over a beautiful small path amidst the trees.
Most parts of the trail are over dirt roads, small hiking paths and goat trails. There are a few stretches over tarmac, but most of them are small countryside roads.
