Very nice hike, varying steep climbs with scenic walks. Part along the Lesse river indeed very difficult in rainy conditions.

Very nice route, there is a private part at around km 8 so we took the one that goes next to the river.
Extremely difficult from kilometer 12.3 to 13.3 km, if it is muddy there are some very tricky slopes with risk of fall and there are places where there is nothing to hang to. It took us 1 hour to do that kilometer. Worth it as you will probably be alone among the river but be aware and prepared.
