Itinerary description
This is the recording of the day hiking or running trail of Eagles Rest Resort in Siavonga alongside Lake Kariba. Use of this trail is available for use by guests and day visitors to the Resort, with the latter having to pay a fee for its use. The trail starts and finishes at the south end of the campsite.
The eastern section of the trail between the waypoints is quite technical underfoot and is marked with gold painted dots on the rocks in both directions. Be sure to wear good hiking or running shoes. Take along some water, hat and sunscreen and enjoy this trail and views!
