Itinerary description
We were parked in the motorhome Aire on the edge of town.
This walk is a mixture of mainly quiet country roads with some woodland trails. We completed the walk on a very warm sunny day. The shade was about 50% of the walk once you completed the first 3km of road walking out of the town.
I completed the walk in my walking sandals whereas my wife wore her walking shoes.
We passed some fantastic châteaus and a church in the woods where we found a geocache.
The walk took us 5hr30mins with 2 breaks. We rate it an easy/moderate walk. There were a few small inclines and the road walking can be a challenge in the blazing sun but overall very enjoyable for seasoned walkers/hikers.
