Itinerary description
The trail starts in Almeria tien, close to the harbour. Once passed around the tunnel near Playa de San Telmo, the trail takes you inland from the Bayana gas dtation. Following the trail between Castell del Rey and the Puente romano, you go under the A7 bridge and walk all the way acros a long plateau until you reach again the road ( the road from the 439A exit). At the round about , enter through the old open fence and walk onto the unpaved road that leads into the mountain. The path is well marked and you can also see the white and yellow trail posts. At the main intersection , take right to go down and keep following the main path. Once close to the edge of the cliff, make a sharp turn back behind you slightly on your left and you will soon see the narrow goat path taht takes you down the bottom of the arroyo dry bed, follow it until you arrive back in town.
