Itinerary description

Approximately a 5km drive from la Herradura up into the campo. A circular trail which is overgrown in parts and a bit thorny. It was a misty day but on a clear day would have great views. Went with Stuart from Sexi Senderistas group and this route took around 4 hours to complete. We did not go to the peñon rocks for the lunch stop today.

We did this walk beginning of February 2023, it was a good walk and we enjoyed the views, it was a cloudless sky and we could see the snow on the Sierra Nevada at the top, and the almond blossom was in flower.
There were some really big dogs at the start point, and just after the third flag mark on the map the path was not very good so a gentleman advised us to up past the house, which we did.
