Itinerary description
Challenging hike up steep hill on narrow rocky path starting from Betis, alongside the natural climbing rock wall, all quite overgrown after recent rains. When you get to the top the view of Boloña and the sea is amazing, with vultures swooping around. Then much easier going along the back of high rocks through forested areas, where sections were badly burnt a few months ago. Shocking blackened trees. Then downhill towards the sea turning left at Betijuelo and continuing back to car park through the bushes… we found a dozen horses and cows happily grazing.
