Itinerary description
El Nacimiento del Río del la Villa Antequera
We parked by the Lagoon. If there is no space you can drive up the little road and turn left towards a big white abandon house where there is a small plot of land for more parking but it is off road.
We did an anticlockwise loop because we wanted to have the sun in front of us the whole time which we prefer.
The whole route are not flat which is like going up and down all the time but the elevations are not too steep, except at the last 1/6 of the trail we have chosen the very steep shortcut to walk back.
The first 1/2 of the are opened and not shaded areas, after 1/2 of the trail, it brings you to walk along the rivers and they are more shaded and small part of it was muddy. All the way along the path there are many loosen rocks so is better to have the right shoes and socks.
Watch out for mountain bikers because there are many corners and small hills you might not see them coming.
The weather was nice today but it was also very windy. It is recommended wear a hat.
