El Palmar - Teno Alto - Cumbres de Barracan - El Palmar
One of the most beautiful and diverse trails in Teno area. Good for beginners and more experienced alike, offers stunning views of the oceans on both sides of the mountain range. It has plenty of elevation gain and distance for eager climbers, but not too tiring for beginners. It is even fine to take children with you if they are used to walk longer disatnces.
Laurisilva forests, teracce agriculture remains, goat pastures, there are lots of things to see...
Watch for the weather, as it might be much colder and windier than in other parts of the island. Rains are frequent.
