According to the weather forecast, today in the first hour there will be a truce of about five hours.

Determined to everything, at six in the morning I have the chiringuito dismantled and the motorcycle ready. I missed the Preikestolen and I do not want the same thing to happen with the Trolltunga rain or shine.

The road from Tyssedal to Trolltunga Parking is about eight kilometers in constant ascent of very narrow and very curved road. When arriving at the Parking lot there are already enough vehicles of different nationalities with hikers with backpacks, canes and the corresponding raincoat.

In the same parking, after paying € 24 (yes yes, € 24. It is the payment for 24 hours, there is no time division.) I change my clothes, and on the motorcycle I leave all the motorcycle equipment. All wrapped in plastic bags. Jacket, pants and boots so you do not get wet. I have the absolute certainty that nobody will touch anything here that is not theirs.

Trolltunga is one of Norway's most spectacular rock formations. Annually, it attracts travelers from all over the world who come to hike and take photos of its rocky ledge overlooking the Ringedal lake that is 700 meters below.

The route is 28 kilometers round trip. The estimated time of completion is between ten and twelve hours. Each kilometer is signposted and in 10 you are warned that if you arrive at this, it is thirteen hours, they advise you (rather inquire) that you turn around because you would not have the guarantee to do it with sunlight.

It's seven in the morning and with determination, up we go.
From the start is the road that to continue climbing with a vehicle, there is a barrier that prevents the passage. It is a continuous zigzag. They are a little more than three kilometers until we leave the road on our left to continue on a path marked with red letters T all the way, and marked kilometer by kilometer.

The sky is totally gray-black menacing, so that everything can happen. Even so my determination increases and I begin to ascend kilometer by kilometer between snowfields and a spectacular landscape. Beautiful images follow one another so you can look up. There are exposed sections of the trail that are secured with climbing ropes and chains for safety. The path is marked with lakes, snowfields and water jets from which you can drink preferentially.

It's cool but the pace of pace keeps my body warm. I am subtracting kilometer after kilometer with living longing until I find the first images of Lake Ringedals, on which the slab (tongue) of the Troll flies.

The view of the lake tells me that I am close and the kilometer thirteen sign testifies.

Before me, the image I longed to see. Large number of people queuing for that photo that testifies that you were there ... but it is not about photography. It's about being in a unique place, contemplating a slide AWESOME !!!!. A tiny slab that flies over a huge lake that is 700 meters below your feet. In the place there are professional photographers that pay, make the photo and send it to you by mobile, or by email. To choose.

On the Trolltunga Language, comment that if it is windy, it is very dangerous to move through it, as if it rains heavily. If you do, your life may be in risk.

Without more, half turn and return that I still have a lot to walk ... and start the Eleventh stage once you get to the motorcycle parking.

In the Parking lot everything is as I left it. It's three o'clock. Since seven, it has been eight hours round trip. When you get to the bike, it starts to rain. I have to do it fast so the motorcycle suit does not get wet.
