Itinerary description
Moderate trail for experience hikers. If you start from the bottom at Espot village will take another 40m to the parking. However, if you are after a 20km+ hike then 100% recommended. Take the pictures on your way back as less crowded. It can be done in 6 hours if setting a good rhythm including 40m stop for lunch at Amitges Refuge.
