Itinerary description
We started this walk near the harbour and walked along the promenade until we were past the centre of the town.
We then turned left towards the historic centre of the town and from there walked randomly taking care not to miss any of the signposted highlights of the historic centre.
The difference between the apartment buildings that surround Estepona and the historic centre is unbelievable.
This centre is full of serene quietude, beauty, and history. The narrow streets, alleys and plaza's are unparalleled as far as the design of colourful flowerpots are concerned, each street having its own unique design which is very remarkable.
After lingering for a long time in the middle of so much beauty we went back to the Paseo Maritimo again and walked it back to the harbour.
