Itinerary description
We took the bus from BSÍ/Reykjavík to Skógar (Reykjavík Excursions, https://www.re.is/) . The bus took our main luggage further to Húsadalur/Þórsmörk. We hiked Fimmvörðuháls in beautiful weather and then spent one night in Þórsmörk (https://volcanotrails.com/volcano-huts/thorsmork/). The following day we wandered around the beautiful area and later that afternoon we took the bus back to Reykjavík.
