Flims
Lift to Naraus - walk to Startgels - Lift to Grauberg - walk down into Untere Segnesboden (this bit of hike steep, makes walk technically difficult) - continue through valley, picnic at waterfall - walk Höhenweg back to Naraus - lift to Flims.
There is an easy way to get to the Untere Segnesboden...from Grauberg walk down to Segneshütte and then into valley.
