Itinerary description

Hike between Hera and Metinaro. Very diverse walk.

Use point R1 to R5 to get from the main road to the starting point of the track. Alternatively, you can also park the car at any place between these 2 points and start the hike from there.

Between NP01 and NP02, you can either follow our track or find a new route. At it was a bit of a struggle to find a path through the thick bush, you're probably better of looking for a path staying north of the 2 points.

From this point, you should be able to get on the track we've walked. When you reach this point, you've hopfully avoided a lot of thick bush.

NP01

Look for a different path from this point, towards point NP02. The path of the track can be done, but may be unnecessarily complicated. Try to find a route between the 2 point staying north of the 2 points.
