Itinerary description
33 days hiking / about 1.100 km / April-May 2018. - Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago de Compostela) and to End of the World (to Finisterre and Muxia), and some minor additions. I didn’t always follow the trail markings. The beginning is from France, Hendaye, and the end is in Spain, Cée.
My trail contains the Way of St. James, Northern Way (28 days), Muxia Way and Muxia - Finisterre Way (4 days) and Original Way or Primitivo (1 day).
The whole map consists of multi-day maps merged by the GPX.STUDIO application. You can see and download the maps day by day and more information and photos in my Wikiloc profile or blog.
ATTENTION: As everything is automatically merged, minor errors are visible. Examples:
1. I took the bus 3 times: Pasai San Pedro - San Sebastian (the trail was closed to pilgrims due to some construction work, so it had to be bypassed), Oviedo - Gijon (I didn’t want to continue towards Aviles, I also wanted to visit Gijon) and Ribadeo - beach Catedrales (I wanted to visit this beach, I went back to Ribadeo walking and continued on my Way)
2. And I went by boat 3 times: there are 3 boat crossings due to large bays: Pasai Donibane - Pasai San Pedro, Laredo - Santoña and Somo - Pedreña - Santander.
