Itinerary description
The ascents are quite steep. There are no streams on the way (at least in summer), so bring a lot of water. The trail is not very popular, so at moments the path is narrow and you have to cross obstacles (fallen trees). You also walk a lot on stones.
You start at Pod Zjabci with a steep ascent through the forest, with almost no views. Then you walk through clear forest and have views on meadows. At higher attitudes you are rewarded with great panoramas. We arrived until an intersection from where it takes 45 minutes to Koča pri Triglavskih jezerih, and we went back from that point.
