Itinerary description
Take the Desentis cable car and at the Top station there is the indication to Lake Catrina. Good path, easy to do also with children. At Lake Catrina there is a nice view (see pictures). After we went back to the station and took a path to Desentis. Very nice walk in the forest. At around 1500m there are intersections with other paths. I've selected the longest but most beautiful . The arrival has been again at the Desentis cable car station. Depending on your training level, the overall path can be done in less than 2 hours . With children it took much more of course. I hope you enjoy.
