Itinerary description
This is a very famous hike to enjoy the impressive landscape and picturesque views on the Picos and the rocky surroundings.
Take in Fuente Dé the cable car to El Cable. It can be very busy so it is an idea to buy your oneway ticket in advance online.
When you have reached the top, the view at all sides is amazing.
Than start to hike. After 1,5 hour, you will reach Refugio de Áliva where you can have a drink. Continue on the easy path and you will see also horses and cows on your way.
Than the hike continues on a smaller path through the forest. And after 14 km hiking, you will reach the parking of Fuente Dé.
