Itinerary description
We had often looked at the face at Fuente De and wondered how you could possibly walk up it. It turns out that it is fairly straight forward and there are a number of routes. This one rises through the Canal De Jenduda which is a narrow gully. It has the challenge of getting over some rocks that require the help of some fixed ropes and it is a bit loose towards the top where care is needed. After that the rest of the walk is straightforward with the attraction of lunch and a beer at Aliva. The return to Fuente De takes you through some very pleasant deciduous woods.
