Itinerary description
Very difficult trail on the first 3km.
It's very steep, loose rocks and gravel. Any mistake could have been very serious.
After passing that stage it's a very beautiful and peaceful trek.
The photos are all from the first 3km. 2nd to last picture is after the hard part.
At km 11.3 there a small platform for a good viewpoint and the original trail goes through there. We unfortunately missed it and continued down the off road track. Eventually reaching the main road and doing the last 5km on the road shoulder. Looking back we should have turned around.
We were definitely under prepared for the first part of the trek, but everything was fine in the end.
