Itinerary description
Nice and easy hike especially suited for summer nights when the temperature is not too low.
Park at the Masada national park parking lot and start with an easy stroll in the marl fields that go all the way to the Dead Sea (you can a black-signed trail, or just wonder around), the views there are spectacular!
After that go back to the park entrance and start climbing on a mountain south of Masada (follow the black-signed trail), the path will take you all the way to the Masada stream (at some point you will have to switch to red-signed trail). Following it upstream will lead you to a Roman Ramp that goes all the way up to Masada where you can catch a beautiful sunrise.
