Itinerary description
English (castellano debajo):
We started from Furtschellas Talstation parking lot. There is a big parking and in the unusual event of it been full, you can start from Segl Maria and hike it from there.
We wanted to do it a bit longer, but due to weather conditions and that there was still quite lot of snow while going up we decided to keep it shorter.
You'll find a mountain trail in some cases not extremely well indicated and different route options. Even if the path is not technically difficult it ascends quite a bit (1000 m if we've done it fully through Lej Sgrischus and Piz Chuern) so you need to be physically ready.
It is also not that long and can be easily done faster, but we stopped to take tons of pictures as the views from the top are breathtaking. You can see the lakes and the little towns around the area, the peaks full of snow, the green greener, and even some cute little marmots around.
It's highly recommended to get proper shoes in case there is still snow around as we crossed a couple of rivers as well as some muddy sections.
Castellano:
