In the Lyngen Alps we will make this excursion to see three glacier tongues at the foot of the Jiehkkevárri. It is an easy route, following the Vuosvahjohka River to the Lyngsdal hut (Lyngsdalshytta) from where you can see the language of the 3 glaciers: Vestbreen, Midtbreen, Sydbreen.
The river has a very curious white aspect; and this happens because of the limen that it drags and has been eroded by the glacier.
The route has abundant mushrooms of many varieties and berries at this time of year; the trees that we will see are red pines, birches and some spruce.
