Itinerary description
A lovely loop - but not easy, either in navigation nor in terrain. Some steep uphill, some rocky and steep downhill, plus some fences to climb too. Park at the cattlegrid. Follow the middle track then leave the track to go up the firebreak to the watchmans hut, then down to the track. (You could cut off a loop by going cross country down to the track below, but this Wikiloc route stays on the track). Then downhill on a steep and rocky path to Mike's fuente, and turn left. Go along the lovely track above the river and railway, turn right at Mike's junction of tracks, down through the woods to the beautiful grassy field just before the acueduct. Go left in front of the ruin, then where the track bends around to the left and goes uphill, go right (hidden in the bushes) to go down a rocky path to a gate and the acueduct - a good lunch spot. The route then returns through the same gate but at the top turn right and continue uphill on the track. Just before the farm by the building with the yellow roof go uphill (black dotted line on Raster maps), and finally down past the goat farm (overgrown, look at your feet to see the muddy path). When you meet the wide track at the bottom of the goat farm, turn left and walk up the track back to the car. The timing says we stopped for an hour and a half - but that's not the case, we stopped a couple of times for snacks/lunch (maybe 45 minutes stops in total) so I would say the whole walk with no stops is about 4 hours 45 minutes - and is quite a good workout.

Park by the cattlegrid, and follow the main track (ignore the uphill track with a chain across).

Leave track here on the right
Pick up a small stony path which at first runs parallel to the track below, and then curves 90 degrees to the right uphill and goes past a small ruin. At an open area, go right uphill on the firebreak. This was overgrown with cistus bushes in January 2023 but still fairly easy to navigate - just keep going uphill on various little paths inbetween the cistus bushes; at the top bear right to large rocks.
