Itinerary description
Loop route: La Sentiu, Begues, Ermita Bruguers, Cova de la Mare de Déu, El Castell d'Eramprunyà
There is a gravel parking lot with plenty of spaces and a nice picnic area with set tables and benches and some shade from pine trees to start or to end the hike.
A fairly easy trail with some part of on dirt road, but zero traffic. The going gets a little harder to climb up to the Ermita Bruguers and from there the uphill to El Castell d'Eramprunyà. Then the rest is all downhill.
The small detour to Cova de la Mare de Déu is definitely worth it for the 360 degree panoramic view, can see Barcelona and Tibidabo to the north and the whole Castelldefells beach are and the sea to the east. Just below the panoramic view there is the Cave of Mare de Déu. The descent and climb back up is very steep with set chains to help.

Passeig agradable. El primer cop que caminem pel Garraf. El troç del camí medieval, molt bonic.

A really nice trail. Stony path for long stretches. Very steep climb to the church. Overall I liked it all.

Very very different views, lots of stone sharp ascents. But even our 3-leg dog made it! Strongly recommend.
