Itinerary description
A lovely short walk, but only suitable for the summer months due to a river crossing. Even today (9 July) the river was surprisingly high.
Park in the village of El Colmenar, walk up the Guadiaro valley via the GR141 path, and then cross the river when the path drops down to river level. Then the route follows the Camino de los Legionarios up to the Camino de las Bernardas a la Platera, and finally downhill back to the village on the GR141 again.
