Itinerary description
Last section of the GR 132 coastal route around Gomera. Starting from Playa de Santiago which can be reached by bus (line 3 and 7 from San Sebastián).
Quite well marked and well maintained trail. Moderately strenuous, lots of ups and downs, but nothing very long or intense. Even in winter, the sun was really merciless, the entire trail is exposed. I might bring a sun umbrella if you have one. No facilities on the way, bring plenty of water.
The views are pretty amazing all the way, if a little uniform.
The end point is in San Sebastián where you can grab a drink, dinner, or transport if you need it.

Prachtige maar lange wandeling vanuit het tecina jardin hotel naar de hoofdstad van La Gomera. Fijn als je met de Fred Olsen Ferry terug vaart naar Malta de Santiago (30’, wel 17 € PP)
