Etapa hau Armintza portu herrian abiatzen da, elizatik hain zuzen, Lemoizko Urizar eta Andraka auzoetan zehar. Plentziaranzko bidea jarraituko dugu eta ikuspegi ederrez gozatu ahal izango dugu Gorliz eta Plentziako udalerrietan. Plentzian, Txipioko hezegunean atsedena hartzen duten hegaztiak ikusi ahal izango ditugu, ondoren Barrikako maldetan gora igoko gara eta azkenik Sopelara iritsi. Garaiaren arabera, etapa hau amai dezakegu bainu bat hartuz Sopelak dituen lau hondartzetakoren batean.

Esta etapa se desarrolla partiendo de la iglesia del portuario Armintza, pasando por Urizar y Andraka, todos ellos en Lemoiz, continuando camino hacia Plentzia pudiendo disfrutar de una bella panorámica de los municipios de Gorliz y Plentzia. En Plentzia, podremos observar las aves que descansan en el humedal de Txipio antes de ascender por las laderas de Barrika y llegar a Sopela. Dependiendo de época en la que realicemos esta etapa, podremos finalizarla dándonos un chapuzón en cualquiera de las 4 playas de las que dispone Sopela.

This stage takes us from the chuch of the harbour town of Armintza and leads us through Urizar and Andraka, both of which belong to the municipality of Lemoiz, towards Plentzia, where we can enjoy the panoramic view across the towns of Gorliz and Plentzia, and watch migrating birds resting in the wetlands of Txipio, before climbing up to Barrika and on to Sopela. Depending on the time of year we choose to do the trail, we could finish up having a swim on any of Sopela's four beaches.
