Hi, It's definitely feasible by mountainbike, except for a few small parts. Many parts of the route are very popular by MTB'ers and are also marked MTB-tracks. And I've done a lot of mountainbiking myself on these tracks around Durbuy and Erezée.
Many parts are quite technical though, but that's part of the fun :)
There are only a couple parts that aren't really doable on MTB, as I remember from the top of my head, but you can just make a detour/shortcut on MTB.
