Itinerary description

5/6/18
Slept very well in the chozo on Camping Los Chozos de Gredos. Were the only guests there.

Short stage but with precious views on many snow capped Sierras.
The holm oak and the French lavenders are back again in the landscape!
Saw many charoles cows, white ones.
Last part we decided to follow the road because it was said that the last part of the path towards El Barco could be flooded. With the rains of the last few days we decided better not take it.

We booked a casa rural in El Barco de Ávila for two nights to rest.

We are walking the GR10 across Spain from Puçol (near Valencia) all the way to the Spanish/Portuguese border. We started March 21th 2018 and hope to finish at the end of June.

We walked towards the road and passed the stone hedge and walked parallel to the path until we passed the flooding and came back to the original path climbing a stone hedge again.
