Itinerary description
We started at 11:00 from the railway station in Beersel. The GR12 passes under the railroad, so easy to get started. We payed a short visit to my colleague in the Stoofstraat in Beersel, then started for good. Beautiful landscapes as we are used to see during the GR’s. The continuous rain made it a bit of a challenge because the path was all muddy and slippery. Walking sticks may come in handy. After a satisfying walk we arrived at 17:30 in B&B Plattestien(http://www.bnbplattestien.be). We got our take-away meal (from https://www.traiteurdaviddemunter.be/nl/webshop, is nearby: 5’ walk)
