Itinerary description

Two day section of the GR78..
Starting at the Basalique notre dame ..sign posting a little vague at times to exit the town..
i was using an app to help find the best way ..the GR signs would lead you and then stop ..But if you get lost just head towards the base of the lift that takes walkers to the Pic du Jer then its fine from there.
The hike for most of the part is easy to follow , a few times it varies from the map?app as i think it has been updated or altered a bit because of farmers not wanting on the land..a good path can be seen besides you and the route takes you thru rough ground..worth noting the trail is not that used and trodden and a bit overgrown in places..beware of Ticks..had to check and clean legs a few times.
I was carrying tent to camp but found a hunters lodge that was open at round point Esquiou nice and clean ..but was surrounded by cows all night with bells ringing..
