Itinerary description
This hike starts off at campsite La Châtaigneraie. But you can start it in Gravières as well. Some very nice and tranquil parts on this hike. About 2/3 on the way there is a small, cold and refreshing pond. Here you can cool off if you are hiking on a warm day, so bring your swimsuit, or not. Very quiet did not see a single soul except on the connecting roads between parts. You could also take a swim in the river Le Chassezac which you come across 3 times during this hike, beginning, middle and end. Be careful of all the loose stones on the paths.
