Itinerary description
A glimpse on the southern part of the Hardangervidda National Park. This trail cheats a little bit as it starts at the top of the Krossobanen. This lift was built to give the possibility to the workers of Rjukan to see the sun during the winter months (the sun is hidden because the deep valley is located north of the high Gaustatoppen) ans is part of the Rjukan-Notodden UNESCO project.
