Itinerary description
Not too long, but quite strenuous. I would recommend taking walking poles to spare your knees a bit. To start out, there's a fairly long near-vertical ascent, but the views are worth it. The descent is also quite steep and can be slippery if it's wet. There is a bit of road walking, but not too much.
The views are amazing and the scenery and vegetation really varied.
Followed Ruta circular 34 at the beginning, mostly GR 132 on the way back.
Waypoints
Museum
Worth a visit if you have the time. It's free, there's a couple of small but interesting exibits, toilets, a small shop where you can get cold drinks, coffee and traditional biscuits, as well as an information desk with very helpful staff.
Panorama
The view must be special in clear weather. Might be worth it to stick around a bit, the clouds move fast. It's free to enter.
Panorama
Something completely different. The trail is not so well marked here, but it's a short section.
Waypoint
Yes, you're still on trail. There are a couple of wood palets laid down to help you cross the stream.
Waypoint
Road walking to Hermigua is not all bad, there are a few charming buildings.
