Itinerary description
Hike from the port of l’Escala to the tower of Montgo hugging the coastline all the way, then back to the port via the beach of Montgo and through the forest parallel to the sea. Very rocky underfoot. Steady climb uphill all the way and steep cliff edge path on the way up to the tower. Not for those with vertigo! Hiking boots recommended. Steep downhill after the tower, a lot of loose rock. Stroll along wooden walkway to the beach.
