Itinerary description
Hiking - The Faro della Vittoria (Beacon of Victory) is a tall bronze statue, the Winged Victory, sitting on the highest point of metropolitan Torino within the Parco della Rimembranza (Remembrance Park).
The park was inaugurated in 1925 and is dedicated to the Italy's victory in WWI.
4,487 small metal plaques inscribed with the names of the fallen sons of the city during such war line all pathways inside the park.
This track covers mainly the trails No. 10 and No. 11, and is one out of several ways up to the park.
