Itinerary description
A thrilling discovery that has by far one of the most dangerous, frightening path.
It was a sunny day after a major stormy week and we decided to do a small outing in the middle of the day. We parked after the chekka tunnel on the seaside road and did a small wander with the family on the trail next to the tunnel towards the sea. Impressive panorama of the sea from above and the lofty cliff from below.
At the second tunnel, thats constructed with rocks from the inside, i found a tiny stair to its right thats leading to a horrifying, dreadful path thats outside the tunnel of a 20m length. I ventured, of course alone, to discover it but i wasn’t able to continue. IT WAS TOO SCARY. U need to bend your back towards the sea on an altitude of 50m. Metal hooks are present to assist you but they are too rusty to be trusted.
After reaching the other side of the tunnel, i went alone towards the historical train tunnel. This section is not clear and full of prickly bushes, but i dont mind venturing in such type of paths.
Reached the tunnel, dicovered it, a small walk on the rails and back to the main road.
My advice is to do the trail in opposite direction and when reaching the tunnel, cross inside to the other side, mount up towards the tunnel, where i started my trail and cross the section i did.

A small tight stairs right next to the tunnel
Leading you to a terrifying, literally breathtaking passage. I couldn't handle my fear and ddnt want to risk it, so i stopped at some point and turn my way back.
