Itinerary description
This hike starts in the motorhome Aire.
The first part to Les Capçades Hotel was road walking except for a concrete trail. We weren't sure if it was private road beside the Hotel but there were no signs prohibiting passage. Up on the ridge we did have to cross a low fence to get on the hill track.
On to the T333 road and left on to dirt roads for about 2km.
About 4.5km into the walk we took a left up a sharp incline which is a dry waterfall/stream.
*My wife has vertigo and didn't like this part so we decided to not come back this way. She was ok going up but knew she wouldn't be able to come back down.
When we got to the top of the hill I took the track down towards the waterfall/pool which is loose stones and skree. The pools and waterfall were empty or there was only a small amount of water but on the way down the sound of falling water sounds like there was plenty of water in the pools.
*Again my wife did not come down this track as it was too much so I went carefully on my own.
On the way back we took trails and dirt roads.
We were out for 5 hours including plenty of breaks and taking our time when my wife was nervous.
