The path was quite steep and slippery, also there were many many fallen trees which blocked the way and you had to be very careful to go around since next to you it was going down the hill. Anyways, it was easy to see where the way is going. Me personally, I really liked the tunnels to pass through. Not something you do every day. To summarize it, if you have a big backpack, i would not recommend to go this way but to follow the GR221 to Tossals Verds. The view is really nice in the beginning, however, in the end you cant enjoy the way too much since you have to climb all the time. It may save some time, but not really sure if it‘s worth it.

We took this trail because it was recommended by our host as a “shortcut” to the Refugi de Tossals Verds. However, the path was barely passable since it was clogged with the deadfall from the last thunderstorm. Although the tunnels were a cool experience, I would definitely not recommend this trail if you are carrying a heavy backpack.
Did this route today as recommended by the host of Hostel Soller. I enjoyed it a lot, had been warned about fallen trees but most had a clear and safe path around it. Nice views all around.

Difficult
Due to steep descent, have to be sure footed. Make sure you have a light for the tunnels (2).
Great trail
