Had a great time following the Inca Trail but we did a longer 1st day, doing a lot of the climbing before Dead Woman's Pass:
Day 1 - Km82 to Llulluchapampa
Day 2 - Llulluchapampa to Chaquicocha
Day 3 - Chaquicochato Wiñay Wayna
Day 4 - Wiñay Wayna to Machu Picchu
