Itinerary description
One of most enduring hikes of my life.
We were led by Ace hiker Shan.
Please note that the final 300 meters elevation last push on this hike is over very loose rocks and can be unsafe.
Please refer my other trails to hike this section via a more stable path from Eastern side.

Jebel Yabana was always in my bucket list as it is the 3rd highest mountain UAE at about 1500 meters elevation.
Jebel Yabana was the last mountain Peak that I had not yet summitted, and due to Shan's grace, guidance and invite today we a small group of friends hiked up the Yabana mountain and summitted.
Most of the trail was more than 45 degrees gradient.
The first half of the Ascent is sort of marked and with trail and arranged with steps.
The second half, both Ascent and Descent is full of Loose loose rocks, steep ascent / descent, Large sharp boulders and no trail whatsoever.
To be hiked with good fitness, preparation and caution.
We also got the opportunity to pose along with the new UAE flag that was installed on 3rd November, the UAE flag day.
We were the first new hikers to reach the summit and sign the Visitor book there.
Long live UAE.
