After two years of planning, it took 17 days to run 389 kilometers and climb more than 16,400 meters (accumulated climb), and thus realize that dream. All of this was worth it and I would not think twice if I could do it again.

    Parabéns pelo lindo vídeo!
    Realizei a trilha entre os dias 7 e 20 de agosto de 2014.
    A trilha é realmente dura, porém recompensadora, pelas paisagens que pode-se contemplar e as experiências que se acumula no trajeto.
    É necessária excelente forma física.

    I did it in october, which is pretty late in the year since you could get anytime a snow storm upon you ... But insanely good
