Itinerary description
The starting point is Hammerstad Camping and it's a nice evening walk before bed on unmarked paths and open terrain.
We walked the circuit counter-clockwise. At the end of the bridge over the fjord there is a small car park where the trail starts. This ends about 1/4 of the way around the lake, the tributary on the opposite side is easiest to walk along the beach, ideally not at high tide. There are a total of three bridges over the tributary, however, the tributary can also be forded at its connection to the lake. On the other side of the lake, there is a faint trail that is easy to follow, and it is advisable to join it at the two points where the rocks reach into the lake, otherwise it is easy to walk along the beach again.
