Juanar – Marbella PR-A 169
This is a linear walk all downhill (750m) to the new Marbella cemetery Virgen del Carmen from Puerto Marbella in Juanar.
It is a very scenic hike with some amazing views.
There is about 40-50% shade on this walk.
To make this walk easier and one way I took a walking buddy with me. We parked one car outside the cemetery and drove the other car to the Refugio de Juanar, and parked just past the hotel.
From here we walked to the Mirador del Macho Montes before doubling back to Puerto Marbella pass where the official route starts.
Getting back to the cemetery where the walk officially ends we drove back to Juanar to pick up my car.
From here we drove down to Venta la Pula on the A355 (in the direction of Monda) for some drinks and tapas.
