Itinerary description
My second attempt in a few days...see first post that i could not reach the summit from Juzet because of the snow field and that i had no spikes with me....so this time came prepared for the climb.
Even after a few days in the warming weather the snow was much softer..
I started from the same place in the town..followed the same route as before...this time the going was ok ..put spikes on at the last chance ..needed them for the last few hundred mts..but admit i could have removed them as walking on deep mud and snow near the col...
followed the path to the Cagire and then descended down to the cross for lunch ..back to Cagire and then traversed the ridge towards Pique Poque..great views again but a little low cloud..was hoping to return from the south side of the ridge , but still much snow...return down the same route..al ot of mud. wet snow and slippery decent for the first part...
