Itinerary description
TERRAIN: The biggest part of the trail goes along asphalt roads which luckily lack traffic. 1st half of the trail is constant mild ascent with plenty of panoramic views. The descent is partially forest path but very civilized.
SIGNS: Actually the whole trail is very well marked with the direction signs, plant species and has enough of resting places.
KIDS: Easy walkable with kids but you may not do the upper loop and turn back at the intersection.
On the way back you return through a nice village of Vavatsinia.
SEASON: The best time to go is late winter as the ascending part is mostly exposed to the sun, which is hard to do in warmer season, and the village and surroundings are full of almond trees which are usually in full bloom in that time of the year.
This trail can be combined with the adjacent one - Spilia Tis Athasias Trail which leads to a small cave ( https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/spillia-tis-athasias-trail-vavatsinia-72050173 )

Nice trail with panoramic view and if you take detour of 4km you find hidden cave
